Meet the Team

Meet Linde Marshall, Purposeful Colorado’s founder and principal.

Linde Marshall is the Founder and Principal of Purposeful Colorado, a boutique public relations and communications firm specializing in earned media, strategic communications, project facilitation & management in Grand Junction.

She has driven successful project outcomes and shaped public policy with local communities, non-profits, and elected officials for nearly two decades. Linde has served as chair for Hilltop Community Resources, Inc, and currently is the At-Large Commissioner for the Grand Junction Regional Airport Authority.

Linde and her husband John have four children. When they are not adventuring in Colorado’s great outdoors, you can find them working on their 2-acre hobby farm, which their children have lovingly named Bunny Hill Farms.

Meet Charity Meinhart

Charity Meinhart is a communications, media, and graphics professional with 18+ years of experience in non-profit, healthcare, tourism, technology, and government industries. She is the Lead Designer for Purposeful CO.

She started Charity Meinhart Design in 2008 and has gained an extensive background in web design, branding, social media management, digital advertising, and print media. Charity’s clients often refer to her as a “Jane of all Trades” as she has a wide range of skills and has worked on a variety of projects from social media for a DoD contractor, photography for Colorado’s Attorney General, graphic design for numerous political candidates, and video production for economic development companies.

When she’s not creating behind the screen, she is either reading science fiction, cooking something weird, or exploring Canyon Country with her Archaeologist husband Brian and four-year-old son, Ransom.

Meet Summre Steury

Summre Steury is a Communications Manager for Purposeful Colorado. She earned her BA in English from Oklahoma State University and pursued a successful career in business analysis, software implementation, and project management. She has also spent the last 15 years immersed in the non-profit world building community health clinics, working in the foster care system and supporting homeless shelters.

Summre is the immediate past president of the Mesa County Medical Society Alliance.  She loves jungle yoga in Costa Rica and hiking up snowy mountains in Colorado. She is usually counting down the days to her next adventure with her husband Sam and their three children– Jack (13), Emerson (10), and Zoe (8).

Meet Krystal Ryan

Krystal Ryan works with Purposeful Co as a Communications Manager. She is a Colorado native and alumni of Colorado Mesa University (CMU) where she earned her Master of Business Administration degree. She gained invaluable experience in communications and interpersonal skills from prior experiences as the Executive Assistant to the President at CMU and to General Counsel at Colorado State University System’s office. She is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys coordinating and organizing; her invaluable skill set plays a large part in Purposeful Co’s success.

Krystal has a passion for Jesus, kids’ ministry, and pocketing bible object lessons for everyday parenting use as she and her husband raise their two young children—Jax and Olivia.

As a fitness enthusiast, Krystal loves a good running trail, barbells, and the pull-up bar. She also enjoys pretending to be a cowgirl and helping buck hay bales on her twin sister’s farm in Missouri.

Meet Rachelle Wiggins

Rachelle Wiggins is behind many of the vibrant profile pieces Purposeful Colorado writes on behalf of our clients. Rachelle has a passion for writing and an incredible ability to connect with people instantaneously. Through connection and her skill for authentic writing, she brings peoples’ stories to life.

“The resources Purposeful Co provided are already being used as a guide for content creation and updates on our website and I know they will be an amazing reference for years to come. With your help, we are set for greatness! Thank you for all the hours of hard work your team put in truly hearing our board’s hopes, goals, and dreams for The Chamber’s future!”

Jessica Burford, Executive Director, Palisade Chamber of Commerce

“As a contractor for the Building a Better Colorado project, Linde’s energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm were extremely helpful in engaging our audiences of community leaders across Western Colorado.  I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Linde’s services again in the future.”

Reeves Brown, Project Coordinator, Build a Better Colorado

“Linde’s enterprising personality and passionate drive blends seamlessly with her ability to connect with others in an inclusive and engaging manner. Her balance of getting the job done and building relationships leads to successful results.”

Sarah St. Martin, Foster Care Supervisor, Foster Care of Mesa County

“Linde’s strategic plan provided a roadmap from beginning to end for Family Health West as we embarked upon our hospital expansion fundraising efforts. She worked effortlessly with our staff and board members to craft a personalized vision and strategy while ensuring that our partners on our project understood the implementation steps necessary.”

Stacey Mascarenas, Director, Family Health West Foundation

“The recent Western Slope Navy Week will end up as one of the, if not the single, most successful campaigns of any of the Navy Office of Community Outreach’s efforts. Grand Junction, as a host city, was easily our smallest market this year, yet ended up with one of the largest reaches in terms of key metrics. Despite a relatively isolated market size of about 130,000 residents, we were able to generate over 6.25 million impressions between in-person attendance at events, traditional media outreach (print, broadcast, online), and social media analytics. By our measurements, over the course of the Navy Week, we were able to reach each resident of the Western Slope nearly 50 times. None of this would have been possible without the concerted efforts of Linde Marshall of Purposeful Colorado. I would absolutely recommend her for any public affairs planning efforts in the Western Slope, and hopefully she’ll be willing to take us on again when we return for another Navy Week!”

Matt Everett, Senior National Security Analyst, General Dynamics Information Technology Inc.

“The Purposeful Co team brought new, creative energy and skilled strategic guidance to Primary Care Partners at a pivotal time for our organization. From targeted pediatric campaigns to the seamless execution of our rebranding campaign—which brought PCP’s nine divisions under one banner, received unanimous support from our provider-owners, and included a newly rebuilt website to better our patients’ experience, the Purposeful Co team is tier one.”

Jack Thompson, CEO, Primary Care Partners

“I would highly recommend Purposeful Colorado. Linde and her team were able to listen and accurately create J.Howell Custom Home Builders’ personality, core values, purpose, mission, and vision statements. This foundational work has allowed us to carve out a niche and create a consistent voice that has been used in all of our marketing materials.”

As a lifelong Coloradan with deep public policy experience, Linde has a fundamental understanding of issues Coloradans face. Her work on the Colorado Capital Conference is a perfect pairing of her experience in government relations and her ability to execute the big picture through details. For the past five years, Linde has delivered a conference for Coloradans of all political stripes to travel to Washington, D.C. to interact with their elected officials and come home energized, re-engaged and optimistic about the future. Linde is a doer and she knows how to get things done.”

Tim Foster, President, Colorado Mesa University

“On very short notice, Linde with Purposeful Colorado was able to seamlessly transition onto GJEP as a contractor to help us plan, organize and execute the Western Colorado Economic Summit. Linde knows the community intimately, is able to see the big picture, navigate the political intricacies, establish trust, and get the job done. We loved working with her!”

Robin Brown, Executive Director, Grand Junction Economic Partnership

“Rocky Mountain Health Plans is a longstanding member of the community and continuously challenges itself to make a difference. That’s why we sought the assistance of Purposeful Colorado to achieve a few defined, targeted communications goals for our organization. From internal audiences to external stakeholders, Linde and her team were uniquely positioned to deliver creative messaging, with excellence and aplomb. The Purposeful Team are consummate professionals with deep community ties and we’re glad to call them partners.”
